House renovation and home feng shui
Renovated the house, lots of planning required:
a) budget for renovation, fittings, furniture, buy what is important and urgent
b) reassess home insurance
c) for feng shui believers, seek guidance
d) your favourite design or theme
e) look for credible contractor, understand the quotation and good bargain such as raw materials
f) plan your payments according to your cashflow, track every payment and avoid additional changes
g) watch out for long holidays and security during renovation period
h) monitor construction progress, look into every detail
and most importantly, inform the neighbours, avoid working over the weekends and public holidays

Port Dickson KLK Bungalow Stay
Was in Port Dickson on the 18-19th Dec 2010 with my family of around 20 odd people plus kids and stayed in KLK Bungalow.
It was indeed quite a fun filled trip with the kids enjoyed building sand castle, swimming and the adults playing beach footbal. Huh, it was the 1st time I was playing and to my surprise, i played quite well and score 5 goals! Thumbs up for me!
We were being pampered by lots of nice food prepared by the bungalow 's caretaker there, from breakfast to lunch, tea and dinner but minus the supper. No worries, we brought a lot of food there as well. So, there wasn't a minute that our stomach was in hunger.

The bungalow was big, just that a bit old but with nice architecture. The only thing we hated was the mosquitoes, very big and hungry..chasing after us and we kept donating our blood. Other than this, everything was perfect.
Enjoy some of the lovely pics I managed to snap during my stay there!
